Sustainability Policy
Producing a policy that takes the clients needs and size in consideration, creating a smart and applicable guideline with hands-on and checklist elements. The policy defines an organization's commitment to sustainable practices and sets the framework for integrating sustainability into all aspects of operations. The policy is the “action list” and guideline for the Sustainability Strategy.
Code of Conduct
A Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and standards of behavior expected from all members and suppliers of an organization. The Code of Conduct aligns with the human aspects of the Sustainability Strategy outlined above, serving both for internal use and externally when addressing the supply chain. The guidelines include, for example, behavioral expectations, conflict of interest policies, anti-discrimination and harassment protocols, and supply chain guidelines, all with accompanying action plans and crisis management procedures.
