At ANMI, advertising agency, d.o.o., we are very attentive to the protection of personal data and respect individual privacy. We are committed to carefully protecting personal data obtained through the contact form and the e-newsletter subscription form.

The privacy policy governs the collection, storage, and processing of personal data that ANMI, d.o.o. collects when you want to contact us via the web form or subscribe to receive content such as e-newsletters and event invitations.

PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES

1. Informing about the activities of Agency Freezbi (ANMI, d.o.o.) and receiving offers. When you sign up for e-news via the contact form on the website www.freezbis.si, we will inform you about news, upcoming events, activities of Agency Freezbi, offers, current topics in the field of marketing and advertising. The legal basis for these notifications is ZEKom-2 or consent for sending e-news and current offers, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. You can do this by clicking on the "Unsubscribe from this list" link located at the footer of each email you receive or by notifying us at [email protected]. You will no longer receive notifications, news, and event invitations from Agency Freezbi.
2. Cookies: When you visit the website www.freezbi.si, cookies are installed on your browser. ANMI d.o.o. stores your IP address, information about when you visited the website, which subpages you viewed, which operating system, device, and browser you used.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The retention period of personal data varies depending on the purposes of processing: Notification via e-news, event invitations: until revocation of consent. The retention period of personal data is limited to the shortest possible period and only as long as storage is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing for which the personal data were collected and further processed, unless another law specifies a retention period for individual processing.

CONTRACTUAL PROCESSING AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

In processing personal data, we may entrust individual processing or parts of processing to contractual processors with whom we have concluded a contract on contractual processing. These processors may process the data entrusted to them exclusively on our behalf, within the limits of the authorizations set out in the written contract or other legal act and in accordance with the purposes defined in this privacy policy.
