Having famous Slovenian faces and influencers as part of a campaign is something the public is used to and can follow the same story for many brands. It is a common practice of companies, but in recent years it no longer attracts as much attention, or one could say less.
That's why Kopija nova decided to partner with us this year to run a campaign for them with real families & real faces. Their customers. Kopija nova has built up a large "pool" of satisfied customers over the years, who trust them and believe in the quality of their services. To date, they have delivered more than 750,000 packages in 26 years and have tens of thousands of satisfied customers.
So why not show the public who all trust them, that these are real families, with their own experiences, adventures, etc.! We decided to look for REAL FAMILIES, with daily challenges, captured moments and wishes.
We approached the issue by first exposing the public to Kopija nova's values, then building on them with the values of the families and weaving them into a successful and, above all, realistic story. One that every individual, every family could identify with.
The campaign was implemented on the following channels:
social media advertising, advertising on digital portals, customer and customer mailing, Google advertising, internal channels such as Kopija nova's website, etc. Each family gave a presentation and gave a public presentation on why ordering through Kopija nova is so easy, what ordering online means for their family's leisure time, what such an event means to them and how they found out about Kopija nova. Perfect storytelling, which through the eyes and words of a real individual and a real family, gets to the heart of it all. In this way, we have captured the parental seriousness and the childlike playfulness of a very young child.
We also showcased the process of ordering school supplies and proved that online shopping for school can be not only fun, but easy.
