What could be more fun than taking a real gluten-free food truck on a journey across Slovenia, not only to win the hearts of all gluten-free food lovers, but also to show that gluten-free food can be the best? Nothing. That's why we have been winning hearts in Primorska, Notranjska and Štajerska during the summer and autumn.
For our client, Schär, we prepared a special culinary event for their loyal customers, members of the Coeliac Society and gluten-free food lovers, which we took on with the Food Truck. The Schär Food Truck visited three locations, Koper, Maribor and Ljubljana. There, it served delicious food, fun animation and a lot of action to both members and passers-by. The all-day event also raised brand awareness.
For the campaign - the Food Truck Journey - we chose locations that were suitable for a car park, children's animation, tasting corner, product shop and visitors' socializing. We also prepared all the necessary documentation and permits for a full-day event. All the work was more than outweighed by the fact that we had smiling and happy visitors who were more than enthusiastic about the content of the event.
We started to publicize the campaign through communication channels such as social networks, mailings, a dedicated website, etc. Through these channels we successfully presented the campaign, informed people about the dates, invited them to register and thus ensured a high turnout at all three events.
We also invited renowned gluten-free chefs to join the campaign, so that visitors could taste pasta, pizzas and sandwiches in a slightly different way. And because we know that tasting the variety of gluten-free food is very important, we made sure that visitors could taste more than thirty different Schär products in the tasting corner. And the shop corner ensured that visitors could buy specially prepared packages with Schär products at discounted prices.
And we didn't forget the little ones. The animation team took care of them with face painting, various games, coloring, creating and raising awareness for a better tomorrow.
